Trade unions and businesses in Ho Chi Minh city spent nearly 10 million USD to ensure a warm and happy Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) holiday for 753,000 workers, Pham Chi Tam, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Confederation, said on Monday.

Tam added businesses joined hands with trade unions to organize activities for trade union members and other workers. These highly appreciated activities bolstered workers’ trust in Trade Union and their confidence in businesses.
