2017 young photographers festival opens

2017 young photographers festival has opened to encourage young people's creativeness and publication of their contemporary photos.

Head of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's Department of Arts, Photography and Exhibition, Vi Kien Thanh, said this 2nd annual event will have judges who are young photographers to leverage young people's innovation: "We want to promote young perspectives and angles of view in capturing contemporary social issues, including national construction and defense."

Contestants must be between 18 to 35 with their maximum entries of 8 taken over the last 2 years.
