Vietnam earned 49 billion USD from agro-forestry and aquatic product exports in the past eleven months, a year-on-year rise of 12%, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The export value of farm produce reached more than 20 billion USD, aquatic products 10 billion USD and forestry products more than 15 billion USD.

The US, China and Japan continued to be the three largest importers of these products.

The US topped the list with 25%, followed by China with 19% and Japan with 8%.
