The capital city of Hanoi has welcomed about 2.8 million domestic tourists since the beginning of this year, up 45.3% against last year, according to the municipal Department of Tourism. As Vietnam has fully reopened all tourism activities, Hanoi is reviving tourism in line with Government’s policy of safe and flexible adaption and effective control of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hanoi’s destinations and tourist sites will be promoted on domestic media and television channels, social networking platforms, and the US-based CNN.

This year, Hanoi will organize a series of activities, events, and festivals characterized by the capital city’s culture and toward international integration.
