Axe attack leaves several people injured in Germany

German police said Thursday that at least six people were injured when a man wielding an axe went on the rampage at a train station in Germany's western city of Dusseldorf.

Two suspects were arrested and one of the victims was in serious condition.

German Bild newspaper cited witnesses as saying that the suspect jumped from a walkway, attacked people at random with an axe, and then tried to flee but was captured by armed police. The other suspect was also arrested at the railway station.
