Moscow: A book fair titled 'Sprout (Mam) 2025' took place in Moscow on April 20, drawing a large number of young Vietnamese people studying and living in Russia. Hosted for the fifth time by the Vietnamese-Russian Volunteer Club under the Vietnamese Students' Association in Russia, the event aimed to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Vietnam's Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - 2025) and the Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21).
According to Vietnam News Agency, the fair served as a platform to enhance the knowledge and cultural understanding of young Vietnamese in Russia. It provided an opportunity for Vietnamese students and residents to immerse themselves in Vietnamese literature and culture, fostering a sense of community and connection to their homeland.
