Britain not commit to Brexit bill by October

Britain's Brexit Secretary David Davis said on Tuesday that European Chief Negotiator Michel Barnier had inflated the amount Britain would have to pay for its EU departure and the UK will not commit to a Brexit bill before the October EU summit.

Mr. Davis said on BBC that the Brexit negotiation will be difficult and tough, but the UK will certainly not pay 10 billion euros per year. He said the UK wants to reach a temporary agreement with the EU after their official divorce in March, 2019 and expressed hope that a temporary customs system would come into operation early 2019.
