Permanent member of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s Secretariat Vo Van Thuong has held an online discussion with Communist Party of India (Marxist) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury. During their talks on Wednesday, Mr Thuong reiterated the Communist Party of Vietnam’s respect of traditional friendship with communist and leftist parties, including the CPI-M.

He suggested cooperation directions, including exchanges of visits and information and experience sharing in social economic devleopment and Party building on the occassion of the 50th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic ties.

General Secretary Sitaram Yechury praised Vietnam’s achievement recently under the Communist Party of Vietnam’s leadership as well as its experience in party building and national development for social equality
