The German ASEAN Chamber Network (GACN) on Tuesday released a survey of German companies which have been operating in Viet Nam.

Half of the surveyed enterprises said they did business more successfully in 2014 than in the previous year.

Over 56% of the respondents believed that their business performance will be positive within the next 12 months.

About 60% of the German investors said they had plans to raise the number of staff in 2015 and their reproductive investment.

However, the survey also shows that around 70% of the investors found it difficult to employ skilled technicians. This is why many German companies are organizing training courses for their staff.
