The Hanoi Labor Federation has organized a program to help workers enjoy a happy Tet or Lunar New Year festival while fulfilling their tasks.

The annual program featured a Chung cake making contest, lucky draw sessions, and gifts delivery.

Nguyen Huy Hoang, who is working at Vietnam Yamaha Motor, said, “I received a fruit blender, a Tet gift package, and 88 USD in cash. I want to thank the Hanoi Labor Federation for the timely support as the Lunar New Year is approaching while we are all affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.”

The Federation has spent 3.1 million USD to give 14,000 gifts to workers in need and support 1,200 workers at industrial and processing zones.
