All hospitals and health facilities in Ho Chi Minh city are ordered not to refuse receiving patients, particularly emergency cases. HCMC’s Health Department on Saturday sent an urgent dispatch to all hospitals and health facilities, requesting them to strictly follow pandemic preventive measures while ensuring medical examination and treatment for patients.

Emergency hotline should be always available around the clock for direction, coordination, and aid and rescue provision in emergency cases.

If a hospital temporary closes due to the COVID-19 cases, it has to maintain the operation of the Emergency Department. If it is locked, it has to immediately inform people.
