– The Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) held an online conference Thursday to launch a program to spend more than 320 million USD to help businesses pay employees’ salaries and reinvest once the COVID-19 pandemic is under control. VBSP Deputy General Director Huynh Van Thuan said, “Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decision 23, we will receive the money from the State Bank of Vietnam and immediately deliver it to eligible businesses to help them restore production.”
