India’s 68th Republic Day celebrated in Ho Chi Minh City

The Indian Consulate General held a reception in Ho Chi Minh City on Friday to celebrate the 68th Republic Day of India. Consul General Smita Pant said Vietnam and India have established a comprehensive strategic partnership and enhanced cooperation in politics, economics, culture, and science.

Cultural exchange and human resource development cooperation have benefited both countries' socio-economic development. Mrs. Pant said India's Consulate General will organize more cultural exchanges and connect businesses of both countries. By the end of last year, India has invested 55 million USD in 49 projects in Ho Chi Minh City.
