On Tuesday, the Coast Guard Region 3 Command organized a program to disseminate information about the seas and islands and the Law on the Vietnam Coast Guard to teachers and students at three secondary schools in Long An town, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.

They were briefed on the current sea and island situation, Party policies and State laws on East Sea issues, issues related to border security and Vietnam’s seas and islands, historical evidence proving Vietnam’s sovereignty over the Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelagoes, and the Law on the Vietnam Coast Guard.
