The Media Press Center (MPC) and the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) of Sea Games 31 will be put into operation from next Monday at My Dinh National Convention Center, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The Media Press Center covers 600 square meters and is fully equipped  to meet the needs of domestic and international reporters.

Opposite the Media Press Center is the International Broadcasting Convention, which span more than 3,000 square meters and can accommodate 300 reporters.

There will be some 3,000 domestic and international journalists reporting the upcoming Southeast Asian Games.
