-Indirect negotiations between Iran and the US over Tehran’s nuclear deal with world powers ended Wednesday in Qatar after failing to make significant progress amid a growing crisis over the Islamic Republic’s atomic program, diplomats said. Negotiations began on Tuesday in Doha, in which the EU’s special envoy, Enrique Mora, acted as a coordinator.
The US-Iran indirect talks were held to end a deadlock and revive the deal, which has been on “pause”. Neither Iran nor the US have officially commented on the Doha talks.
