Korean leader praises Vietnam-RoK ties

Outgoing Vietnamese Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Pham Huu Chi on Friday bid a farewell to Mr. Hwang Kyo-ahn, acting President and Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea.

At the meeting, the Korean leader praised the rapid and effective development of bilateral ties between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea in recent years. He promised to pay more attention to boosting bilateral ties with Vietnam in all aspects. He said he believed that Vietnam will successfully organize the APEC Summit and pledged to work closely with Vietnam to organize this event. Ambassador Pham Huu Chi proposed the Acting President individually and the Republic of Korea's government prioritize boosting friendship and cooperation with Vietnam.
