Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh during a commendation ceremony in Hanoi praised Vietnam's military and public security forces for their recent aid mission to earthquake-hit Myanmar, calling it a testament to their maturity and Vietnam's values, culture and sense of responsibility toward the international community.
