National Assembly sessions reformed for better quality

National Assembly Vice Chairman Tran Thanh Man chaired a meeting of the Steering Committee to improve the quality of National Assembly sessions on Wednesday.

Delegates hailed the importance of the work and called for continuous effort to renovate the session organization. Deputy Head of the Cultural and Social Affairs Committee, Phan Viet Luong, said “The Steering Committee should focus on and select necessary topics for the upcoming sessions. Research proposal on further renovation will be carefully submitted to the National Assembly to review, focusing on protocol and process.”

The renovation proposal is expected to be reviewed by the National Assembly Standing Committee next month towards a resolution on quality and efficiency improvement for National Assembly sessions.
