Jakarta: Party General Secretary To Lam, accompanied by his spouse Ngo Phuong Ly and a high-ranking delegation from Vietnam, arrived at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport in Jakarta on March 9. This marks the beginning of an official state visit to Indonesia as well as a visit to the ASEAN Secretariat. The visit is scheduled to last until March 11.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit comes at the invitation of the Indonesian President and President of the Great Indonesia Movement Party, Prabowo Subianto, along with ASEAN Secretary-General Kao Kim Hourn. The delegation's visit aims to strengthen bilateral relations between Vietnam and Indonesia and to enhance cooperation within the ASEAN framework.
