Hanoi: Party General Secretary To Lam hosted a reception in Hanoi on January 19 for overseas Vietnamese (OVs) joining the 'Xuan Que huong' (Homeland Spring) programme 2025.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the event was part of the annual 'Xuan Que huong' programme, which aims to connect Vietnamese living abroad with their homeland. During the reception, To Lam emphasized the importance of overseas Vietnamese as a vital bridge between Vietnam and the international community. The programme also seeks to foster unity and cultural exchange among Vietnamese communities worldwide.
