– Party, State, and Government leaders on Monday met voters from across the country. At the meeting Truong Thi Mai, head of the Party Central Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission, clarified the petitions of 200 voters of Lac Thuy district in Hoa Binh province.

Mai talked about voters’ thoughts and aspirations on cadre work in Party Committees in communes, wards, and towns. Later Mai and the National Assembly deputy delegation of Hoa Binh province presented 50 gifts to disadvantaged students in Lac Thuy district.

While meeting with voters from Tay Ninh province, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education Nguyen Trong Nghia updated them on national COVID-19 prevention and control efforts.

NA Deputy Chairman Tran Quang Phuong praised the economic development of Ly Son district in Quang Ngai province, and called on the district to develop its marine economy, support its fishermen, and expand its aquaculture.

Ly Son district should invest more in promoting tourism development and becoming a national tourism center, said Mr. Phuong.

“Ly Son district should develop marine aquaculture areas and find ways to combine aquaculture and tourism development. More attention should be given to fresh water and cremation. The provincial National Assembly delegation has recorded all petitions from voters and local administrations and submitted them to the NA Standing Committee, the Government, and ministries,” said Mr. Phuong.

NA Vice Chairman Nguyen Duc Hai and the NA deputy delegation of Quang Nam province met voters from A Tieng commune and Ba commune in Quang Nam province.
