Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Saturday had an online working session with leaders of the northern mountainous province of Tuyen Quang to discuss the development of province’s infrastructure, industrial zones and tourism.

While speaking highly of Tuyen Quang’s achievements the PM also pointed to the province’s slow and unsustainable development and low competitiveness.

He urged Tuyen Quang to effectively fight the COVID-19 pandemic and and help ensure political stability, security, national defence, and social order.

PM Chinh asked ministries to join hands with Tuyen Quang in prioritising infrastructure projects, and the province to quickly implement the projects, especially in site clearance.
