(VOVWORLD) – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed a decision to grant certificates of merit to 3 agencies and 7 individuals of the Ministry of Health for their excellency in Covid-19 prevention and control.

They include the Hanoi Medical University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Ministry of Health’s Department of International Cooperation.
