The Hanoi Central Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology successfully removed a large tumor from the face of a patient after more than 5 hours of surgery. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a letter of encouragement, praising the efforts of the doctors and staff.

In the letter, Mr. Chinh acknowledged the expertise and professional ethics and sense of responsibility of those involved.
