Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has requested two ministries to carry out a survey on COVID-19 vaccination for children 5 and older.

Mr. Chinh asked the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education and Training to learn from international experience and lessons of localities across the country to prepare a plan to inoculate children.

Mr. Chinh also urged the Ministry of Health to accelerate the vaccination campaign.

On Thursday, the Government Office asked the Ministry of Health to finalize a draft resolution on securing vaccines for children aged 5-11 and report to the Prime Minister.
