President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum reopens

 President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum reopened to the public on Tuesday, said its management board.

All current COVID-19 prevention and control measures will be followed.

President Ho Chi Minh passed away on September 2, 1969. In the following days, his body was embalmed and placed in a glass coffin inside the granite mausoleum.

The mausoleum has become an important landmark of the capital city and of the political and social history of Vietnam.
