The President called for efforts to boost high-quality agricultural production and the building of new-style rural areas.

The same day, President Tran Dai Quang burnt incense and laid wreaths to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs at a monument in Ha Nam province. He also visited the Hoi Vu Company, which specializes in vegetable production for exports.
