President Tran Dai Quang pays Tet visit to Hai Phong

On Wednesday, President Tran Dai Quang paid a Tet visit to the High Command of the Vietnam People's Navy, the High Command of Military Zone 3, Hai Phong Police, and local social beneficiaries.

President Tran Dai Quang pays Tet visit to the High Command of the Vietnam People's Navy Visiting the Navy High Command, President Quang, via the TV bridge, greeted civilians and soldiers on the Big Truong Sa, Song Tu Tay, and Sinh Ton islands. He said the Vietnamese Party, State and people on the mainland have a special love for the islanders and soldiers based there. He said he hoped that they would overcome difficulties to stay healthy and defend the national sea and islands. He asked the Navy High Command to respond effectively to Party guidelines and State policies to defend national maritime sovereignty and protect economic activity at sea.

Meeting officials and soldiers from the High Command of the Military Zone 3, President Quang asked them to pay more attention to research, evaluation, and predict any complicated situations, especially those at sea and in the border areas and quickly detect any sabotage attempts by hostile forces and respond promptly. He urged the Hai Phong Police to fulfill their political tasks and ensure absolute security for major political events in the city.
