Prime Minister Highlights Duty to Eliminate Substandard Housing

Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasised that eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses is a duty driven by compassion, morality, and a sense of responsibility for the community while chairing the third meeting of the Central Steering Committee for the Elimination of Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Hanoi on March 10.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Prime Minister underscored the importance of addressing housing conditions to improve the quality of life for residents. The committee's focus is to ensure that all citizens have access to safe and stable housing.

The meeting brought together key stakeholders to discuss strategies and initiatives aimed at eradicating substandard housing across the nation. This initiative is part of a broader effort to uplift living standards and promote social welfare.
