Vietnam has regarded Luxembourg as a bridge to the EU while Vietnam will be a bridge for Luxembourg to penetrate into the ASEAN market.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh told a business forum as part of his visit to Luxembourg on Friday that he hoped that the two countries’ investors should share experience and collaborate towards mutual development.

In a reception of leaders of several large economic groups of Luxembourg and Europe, the Prime Minister said that Vietnam always creates all favourable conditions for foreign investors’ efficient and long-term business operations in Vietnam.

The same day, during his visit to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE), the Prime Minister said that Vietnam wants to foster cooperation with Luxembourg to develop its frontier stock market into an emerging one, including building institutions, technology, digital transformation, market management and human resources training.
