Putin: Russia wants to resume dialogue with US on INF
Russian President Vladimir Putin said Sunday that Moscow wants to resume talks on the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty.
He told RT France that he may meet US President Donald Trump at the G20 summit at the end of this month in Argentina. President Trump said last month that the US will withdraw from the INF, accusing Russia of violating the Treaty. Russia says it is other way around.
The INF, signed between the US and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics in 1987, eliminated all nuclear and conventional missiles with ranges between 500 and 5,500 km.
