A winter festival with the theme “Sa Pa – Snowy Paradise” opened in Sa Pa town in the northern mountainous province of Lao Cai on Friday, featuring many cultural and art programs.

This is one of the important events held as part of Sa Pa Five Seasons Festival 2022.

The highlight of the festival is a snow space introducing the culture of ethnic groups in Lao Cai province. Visitors can enjoy the Sa Pa snow space this weekend at the Lao Cai Provincial Tourism Promotion and Information Center, with unique check-in points and attractive Christmas themes.

Sa Pa is expected welcome about 120,000 domestic and foreign tourists during Christmas and New Year celebrations.
