Second central budget allocation for 2017 decided

The PM has recently signed a decision allocating budgets for government ministries, central-level agencies, provinces and centrally-run cities for 2017 (second phase).

Specifically, central budget investment of for government ministries, and central-level agencies is VND 2,980.337 billion. Provinces and centrally-run cities will get VND 11,024.396 billion in the second phase of 2017.

The PM assigned the Minister of Planning and Investment to assign ministries, ministerial-level agencies, central-level agencies, provinces, and centrally governed cities to make detail budget plans in the second phase for every project in sectors, fields, and programs.

They were asked to bear responsibility for inspecting and auditing agencies on information accuracy, database, and budget allocation in the second phase of 2017.

Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, central-level agencies, provinces, and centrally governed cities were asked to inform lists of budget allocation for every project to the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Finance ahead of May 20, 2017./.
