State President Luong Cuong Meets with Ethiopian PM in Hanoi

Hanoi: State President Luong Cuong met with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali in Hanoi on April 16. The Ethiopian leader and his spouse are in Vietnam from April 14 to 17 for an official visit and the 4th Partnership for Green Growth and the Global Goals (P4G) Summit.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting aimed to strengthen bilateral relations between Vietnam and Ethiopia, focusing on areas of mutual interest such as economic cooperation and sustainable development. Both leaders discussed ways to enhance collaboration in trade, agriculture, and technology, emphasizing the importance of sustainable practices in these sectors.

The visit also underscores the significance of the P4G Summit, which aims to foster partnerships for green growth and achieve global sustainability goals. The summit provides a platform for countries to share strategies and solutions for addressing environmental challenges and promoting sustainable development.

During their stay in Vietnam, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali and his spouse are expected to participate in various events related to the summit and engage with Vietnamese officials to explore new opportunities for collaboration.
