Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has asked Thua Thien Hue province to accelerate institutional building, human resource development, administrative reform and infrastructure development. Addressing an online working session with the provincial leaders on Thursday, the Prime Minister said the province should leverage on its unique strengths for development toward knowledge-based economy, digital, green and circular economy as well as public private partnership for growth. In the pandemic context, the Prime Minister asked the province to strictly follow guidance by the National Steering Committee on Covid-19 Prevention and Control while creatively ensuring safe adaptation, flexible and efficient pandemic control for social economic development.
