Ukraine, Canada reach agreements on defense cooperation

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau reached a number of agreements on defense cooperation during their meeting in Toronto, said the press service of the Ukrainian president on Wednesday.

At the press conference following the meeting Zelensky said that Ukraine and Canada agreed on the sale of armored vehicles and other defense cooperation.

Trudeau confirmed Canada's intention to support Ukraine in defense and add Ukraine to its list of approved buyers of Canadian weapons.
