US introduces Middle East peace plan

US President Donald Trump's administration at conference in Bahrain on Tuesday introduced a 50-billion-USD peace plan for the Middle East.

Senior adviser Jared Kushner said prosperity for Palestinians is not possible without a fair political solution to the conflict, adding that the plan will ensure Israel's security and Palestinians' honor. The project's political details were not revealed.

It is unclear whether the Trump administration will abandon the two-state solution or not. The UN supports the idea, but President Trump refuses to commit to it.
