Baku: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam witnessed the exchange of signed cooperation documents of the two countries after their talks in Baku on May 7 afternoon (local time). They also issued a joint statement on the establishment of a strategic partnership between Vietnam and Azerbaijan and met with the press to inform the outcomes of their talks.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the newly signed cooperation documents mark a significant milestone in the relationship between Vietnam and Azerbaijan.
