A seminar entitled “Sea and island economy: Survey permit for offshore wind power projects” was held in Hanoi on Wednesday to discuss Vietnam’s electrical power network and survey licensing for offshore wind projects sponsored by Germany, the UK, and Denmark.

Vietnam has a tropical climate and a 3,000km coastline that runs through 28 coastal provinces and cities.
