Vietnam reported additional 645 COVID-19 cases on Thursday evening, according to the Ministry of Health.

The figures brought the total infection recorded on Thursday to 1,314 cases, 915 of which are reported in HCM City, 135 in Binh Duong and 108 in Dong Thap province.

By 6:30 PM on Thursday (July 8), Vietnam has recorded 24,385 COVID-19 infections, 8,950 of them have recovered and 105 died.

Since April 27, 20,917 cases have been reported.
