Vietnam-Singapore property projects unveiled

A joint venture between Singapore's Mapletree Investments and Vietnam's Saigon Co.op on Monday unveiled the design for its grade A twin office towers, V Plaza, and officially inaugurated the Oakwood Residence Saigon serviced apartment tower.
