Vietnam start-up network makes debut

The Vietnam Start-up Network made its debut on Wednesday under the management of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

Vietnamese members will be able to engage in events of the global start-up network and connect with start-ups worldwide. VCCI Secretary General Pham Thi Thu Hang said global networking will help start-ups access capital, improve knowledge, and seek partners. "Vietnam Start-up Network will connect with global networks. The network's management board will discuss action plans and collect initiatives from individuals and organizations to better support start-ups."

The APEC Start-up Forum will be held in Ho Chi Minh City this year to connect start-ups of 21 APEC members.
