Vietnamese team return from U20 World Cup

Members of the Vietnam U20 football team and their coach Hoang Anh Tuan returned to Hanoi Monday night after their first U20 World Cup, where they had 2 losses and 1 draw.

Mr. Tuan said U20 World Cup 2017 was an occasion to promote Vietnam's image to the world: First, we were successful in drawing spectators. 80% of the spectators at our 3 matches were Vietnamese, which created a nice image for Vietnamese football. As 1 of the 2 weakest teams there, we participated just to gain experience.

Many fans showed up at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi to welcome the team back.
