Viettel meets 4G demands during Hung Kings Temple Festival

PANO The Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) has made efforts to meet high demands of services of its subscribers while participating in the on-going Hung Kings Temple Festival in Phu Tho province.

The company estimated that the Hung Kings Temple Complex and Hung Kings Park, where the opening ceremony for the festival and a fireworks display were respectively held at, would see the largest number of visitors.

The number of people joining the two events would increase by 40 per cent year-on-year. Thus, the demands for data services would increase 2-3.5 times against the same period last year.

In response to the situation, Viettel has deployed 15 mobile transmitter vehicles and installed 60 wifi routers, antennas, and base transceiver stations along with other technical solutions to promote quality of its services.
