VOV continues technical support for Cambodian Radio
The Voice of Vietnam Vice President Vu Hai received a delegation of Cambodian journalists led by Ouk Kimseng, Deputy Secretary of State, in Hanoi on Thursday.
Mr. Hai said VOV, a multi-media agency with four media: radio, print, television, and online, has established relations with more than 60 radio and television organizations and stations around the world.
VOV is an active member of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) and the International Council of French-speaking Radio and Television Organizations (CIRTEF).
Mr. Hai praised the cooperation between VOV and Cambodia. He said: VOV has close relationship with the Cambodian Ministry of Information and the National Radio of Cambodia. Technically, VOV has conducted projects to help Cambodia improve the quality of its transmission. We have exchanged many radio programs and delegations. During working sessions between leaders of VOV and the Cambodian Ministry of Information, the two have agreed to strengthen cooperation and provide Cambodia with technical support. Through inter-government cooperation programs, VOV will support Cambodia in television as well.
Deputy Secretary of State said Cambodia is grateful to the assistance VOV has given so far.
