Ways out for Qatar crisis revealed

4 Arab nations isolating Qatar say that any mediations for the Qatar crisis must follow 6 broad principles.

Diplomats from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Bahrain told a joint press conference in New York on Thursday that the principles include combating terrorism and extremism, suspending all acts of provocation and speech inciting hatred or violence, and fulfilling commitments under agreements signed in 2013 and 2014 by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and at the Arab US summit in Riyadh in May, 2017. The principles also include refraining from interfering in other countries' internal affairs or supporting illegal organizations.

The 4 Gulf countries say Doha has failed to abide by any of the principles.
