A mass shooting on Tuesday killed 7 people, including the gunman, and wounded many at a Walmart store in Chesapeake, Virginia, according to authorities.

The shooting took place just a few days after another shooting killed at least 5 people and wounded 17 at a night club in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

President Joe Biden condemned the shooting and called once again for tighter gun control laws, according to a White House statement on Wednesday.
