Vietnam recorded 960 new infections of COVID-19 and more than 9,000 recoveries on Tuesday.

More than 9.5 million patients have been declared free from coronavirus and more than 43,000 have died.

The countries have administered over 222 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines.

The Hanoi Health Department said Tuesday it will give the fourth vaccine shot to those aged 50 and above, immune-compromised adults, and those vulnerable to COVID-19 infections this month.
