Hai Phong City opened its Red Phoenix Flower Festival 2022 on Friday after 2 years of suspension due to the pandemic.

This opening ceremony “Hai Phong – a successful destination” coincided with the city’s 67th liberation anniversary.

It is expected to promote the city’s branding, tourism products and services for further socio-economic development. There are 67 economic, cultural and tourist activities held in various districts and towns.

Hai Phong city ranked 2nd in the Provincial Competitive Index last year, securing year-on-year improvement.
